C-60.To modify the condition No.33(a) and (f) in Crl.RC(MD)No.1093/2025 by order dated 27.11.2025 and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case

ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition No. 33(a) and (f) imposed by this Court in Crl.RC(MD)No.1093/2025 vide order dated 27.11.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and the request made by the petitioner, the condition No.33 (f) imposed in the order passed Crl RC(MD) No.1193/2025 dated 27.11.2025, is modified as follows:- https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

"33. (f) the petitioner shall produce the vehicle once in a week before the trial Court"

Barring the above, there are no other modifications in the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.RC(MD)No.1093/2025 vide order dated 27.11.2025.
