O R D E R

This petition has been filed to punish the contemnor/ respondent for his willful disobedience and non compliance of the order, passed by this Court, made in Crl.OP(MD).No.14064 of 2021 dated 22.09.2021.

2.By the order dated 22.09.2021, this Court has directed the respondent to complete the trail and file a final report within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that as per the order of this Court, dated 22.09.2021, final report was also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri, as 'un detected'. 4.The contenmnor/respondent is present in person before this Court and submitted that the matter has been kept pending for further investigation and he seeks extension of time for completing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
