C-60. To relax the condition imposed on the Petitioners by order made in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.23404 of 2025 dated 18.12.2025 on the file of this Hon'ble court and thus render justice.

ORDER

The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in CRL.OP. (MD)No.23404 of 2025 dated 18.12.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions for nearly 42 days.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition for 42 days, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioners in CRL.OP(MD)No.23404 of 2025 on 18.12.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioners in CRL.OP.(MD)No.23404 of 2025 on 18.12.2025 is modified as ''the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on every 1st day of English Calender Month at about 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months and thereafter, as and whenr required for investigation.'' 04-02-2026 jbr To
