ORDER

This petition is filed to set aside the order made in Cr.M.P.No.13377 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Srivaikundam, Thoothukudi District. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that already the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.192 of 2016 and hence, the prayer sought by the petitioner has become infructuous.
