PRAYER :- for Bail in Crime No.21 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner is in custody since3 02.12.2019 for the offences punishable under sections 120(b), 406, 419, 420, 468, 471 and 506(i)of I.P.C., in Crime No.21 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.

3. This is a case of massive impersonation involving as many as 23 persons in the matter of registration of documents. All the persons who have impersonated filed an affidavit before this Court stating that they came for registration only at the instance of the petitioner herein.

4.Since, the petitioner is the kingpin behind the entire operation, I am not inclined to grant relief to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. The learned Government Advocate states that investigation is still pending in this case.

6.I am of the view that it is not a fit case for granting relief. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
