Heard Mr. N.Sankar Ganesh, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. P.Subbaraj, Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the First Respondent and Mr. K.Sathiya Singh, Learned Counsel for the Second and Third Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

When it was pointed out that the Petitioner, which is an unregistered body, cannot maintain a Writ Petition, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition, reserving their right to file a fresh Writ Petition after its registration under the relevant law and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. 2/4

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid clarification. No costs.
