RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.MP(M) No.6718 of 2019, Crl.A(MD)No.332 of 2019, dated 07.11.2019 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.P.SENTHIL, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.CHANDRASEKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- [Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J] By order dated 07.11.2019 in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.6718/2019 in Crl.A.(MD) No.

332/2019, this Court suspended the sentence and directed the release of the petitioner on bail on several conditions, one of which is that the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate, No.I, Trichy everyday at 10.30 a.m. and before the Kottai Police Station, Trichy, everyday at 5.30 p.m. until further orders. For relaxation of the aforesaid condition, this petition has been filed.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the aforesaid condition since 11.11.2019.

4. In such view of the matter, the aforesaid condition stands relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on the first working day of every month pending disposal of the criminal appeal and if he is not able to appear before the trial Court on any day, he shall make arrangements to file an application under Section 317 Cr.P.C. and shall appear before the trial Court on any other day in lieu of the date of his absence, as directed by the trial Court.
