Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.THALAIMUTHARASU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.RAMACHANDRAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the earlier condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. This petition is ordered accordingly.
