Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.P.SENTHIL, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.P.G.OHM CHAIRMA PRABHU, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.10902 of 2019 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.910 of 2019, dated 17.12.2020.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.10902 of 2019 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.910 of 2019, dated 17.12.2020 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police has strongly opposed to relax the condition. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.10902 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
