This revision is filed for a direction to the Court below to number and entertain the suit in OSSR.No.5477/2018. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners would state that he is not pressing this revision petition and would further state that the petitioners would comply with the return passed by the Court below and would re-present the plaint.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners are directed to re-present the plaint after complying with the return forthwith. On such representation, the learned Judge shall peruse the plaint and pass appropriate orders.
