Heard Mr.S.Arokia Selva Ramesh, learned counsel for Revision Petitioner and Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate, for Respondent.

Mr.S.Arokia Selva Ramesh, learned counsel for Revision Petitioner, would submit that this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963, seeking to condone the delay of 6 days in filing the criminal revision case against the judgment passed by Judicial Magistrate Court No.2, Srivaikundam in Cr.M.P.No.1188 of 2025, dated 16.10.2025.

3. Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate for Respondent, has stated that he has no objection to the prayer made by learned Counsel for Revision Petitioner.

4. Being satisfied with reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition, the delay of 6 days in filing the above criminal revision petition is condoned.

5. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Petition, if it is otherwise in order.
