Prayer: This Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to take action on the representation given by the petitioner dated 12.01.2023 seeking to take action as against the 5th respondent within a time frame fixed by this Honble Court.

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus as against the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.01.2023 wherein she has sought for initiating action as against the fifth respondent who is the panchayat president.

Without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated .... and pass order within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
