ORDER

The petitioner seeks limited relief of disposal of his appeals pending with the second respondent. The petitioner has sought for correction of errors in the patta and in that regard, he has made representations to the second respondent by way of appeals in Na.Ka.A2/2107/2024, dated 01.07.2024 and in Na.Ka.No.Aa2/6965/2024, dated 27.09.2024 seeking deletion of erroneous entries in favour of the respondents 4 and 5 in patta Nos.883 and 1192, Uthayathoor Village, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District. The petitioner presently seeks expeditious disposal of his appeals dated 01.07.2024 and 27.09.2024. The competent authority is the Revenue Divisional Officer and he 2/4

shall consider the appeals of the petitioner in so far as it relates to the claim of the petitioner that there have been erroneous entries in favour of the fourth respondent in patta No.1192 and the fifth respondent in patta No.883, both pertaining to Uthayathoor Village, Rathapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District, after hearing the petitioner as well as the respondents 4 and 5. The second respondent shall pass orders on the appeals of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight(8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
