ORDER
The petitioner approaches this Court with a prayer to direct the second and fourth respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.
2. The petitioner alleges harassment on the basis of the complaint given by his son in law namely Selvaraj and would further submit that he has instituted G.W.O.P., against the said person seeking guardianship of minor children Kaviarasan and Harini and as a counterblast to the same, the present complaint came to be lodged.
3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that the complaint given by Selvaraj, after due enquiry has been closed as "Parties agreed to approach the civil Court". https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. The learned counsel for the intervenor would submit that fearing threat to his life, he has also obtained police protection vide, order dated 23.12.2014 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.23270 of 2014.
5. In the light of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) that the parties are directed to approach the civil Court, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter as on today and hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
