Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MATHAN.K, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M. VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to modify the condition in the order of this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.1066 of 2023, dated 20.01.2023.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the reason stated by the petitioner, the condition in Crl.O.P(MD)No.1066 of 2023, is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police Station everyday at 10.30am, for a period of one week, thereafter, as and when required for interrogation, on receipt of summons.
