"As far as registration is concerned, the same is over in Doc.No.861 of 2023. However, there was a direction to survey property. The learned counsel appearing for the third respondent submitted that the fifth respondent did not survey the property.
2.It is seen from the record that the Tashildar was suo motu impleaded by this Court. In spite of a special direction to the Tashildar, Srirangam Taluk, the survey has not been conducted. Therefore, the fifth respondent is strictly directed to survey the property and report the same before this Court on or before 11.07.2025. 3.List the matter on 11.07.2025, 'for reporting compiance'.
