ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody for more than 40 days for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 392, 397 and 307 of IPC, in Crime No.106 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 08.10.2015, while the defacto complainant was on patrol duty, one Subramanian was way laid by this petitioner and robbed a sum of Rs.1000/- from him. While the defacto complainant interfered with the said incident, the petitioner attempted to murder the defacto complainant, who is the police constable. 3.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner did not commit any offence and he is innocent person and he is judicial custody for more than 40 days. The defacto complainant having personal enmity with the petitioner, filed a false complaint against him without receiving any complaint from the victim.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is a history sheeted and he is having six previous cases similarly in nature on various police station and the investigation is pending. If the petitioner is released on bail, he will tamper the witnesses and hamper the prosecution.

5.Considering the gravity of offences and also considering the fact that the investigation is pending and the petitioner is having six previous cases similar in nature, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
