ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to give adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family members.

2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would contend that the representation of the petitioner dated 22.06.2020 was registered in CSR No.378/H3PS/2020 by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Chinnamanur Police Station and after enquiry, the private respondents were advised not to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.OP(MD)No.2695 of 2021 interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the present petitioner. His further contention is that the land, in which, the petitioner is cultivating crops belongs to Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department. 3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
