----------------------------- The Hon'ble High Court, while hearing the CRL OP(MD).No.16 of 2019 has passed an order as below:

Repeatedly, the trial Court sent the very same letter stating that the entire report submitted before this Court.

2. This Court by the an order dated 05.04.2022, called for the report with regard to the previous complaint that was alleged by the respondent before the District Crime Branch, but sofar that report has not been produced before this Court.

3. The Registry is directed to clearly mention in the letter about the order of this Court.

4. Post the matter after vacation.
