Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Manadamus, to call for the records pertaining to the Impugned Order passed by the 1st Respondent vide his Proceedings in Se.Mu.Aa.No.45273/A3/2021,dated 02.02.2022 and quash the same as illegal and consequently directing the Respondents permit the Petitioner's Stage Carriage bearing registration No.TN 59 BW 9867 on the diverted route while plying from Periyakulam to Madurai, (Via) Nagari Pirivu, Samayanallur, instead of Sholovandhan till the construction of fly over bridge is completed at Sholavandhan Railway Gate Crossing within the time frame as fixed by this Court.
