PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the 1 and 2 respondents to give police protection to the petitioner for carrying on her routine agricultural duty and peaceful enjoyment of the properties without any interruption on the side of the 3rd Respondent and her muscle men in respect of survey Nos.86/1B2 measuring 62 cents, 86/2A measuring 1 Acre 23.5 Cents, 85/6 measuring 3 Acres 33 Cents, 83/1C1 measuring 29.5 cents, 83/1C2 measuring 41 cents and 83/1C3 measuring 3.5 cents totaling 5 Acres 93 cents situated in Piraviyampatty Village, Kodikulam Revenue Village, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District on the basis of representation given to the second respondent dated 30.01.2020 For Petitioner : Mr.T.K.Gopalan For Respondents : Mr.S.Chandrasekar No.1 & 2 Additional Public Prosecutor

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the 1 and 2 respondents to give police protection to the petitioner for carrying on her routine agricultural duty and peaceful enjoyment of the properties without any interruption on the side of the 3rd Respondent and her muscle men in respect of survey Nos.86/1B2 measuring 62 cents, 86/2A measuring 1 Acre 23.5 Cents, 85/6 measuring 3 Acres 33 Cents, 83/1C1 measuring 29.5 cents, 83/1C2 measuring 41 cents and 83/1C3 measuring 3.5 cents totaling 5 Acres 93 cents situated in Piraviyampatty Village, Kodikulam Revenue Village, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District on the basis of representation given to the second respondent dated 30.01.2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Today, when the mater is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the complaint of the

petitioner has been received by the respondent and based on which enquiry has been initiated in CSR No.39 of 2020 and due enquiry will be conducted after issuing notice to the rival parties and during enquiry if it is found protection is required, suitable action will be taken.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
