ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.) Alleging that her daughter Devaki, aged about 17 years, went missing from 07.02.2020 and that her whereabouts were not known, the mother has filed the present Habeas Corpus Petition. 2.Yesterday (09.03.2020), the police produced the detenue before this Court. Her parents were also present. We referred the matter to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre with a request to Ms.J.Anandhavalli to mediate the matter. She held extensive mediation talks with the detenue and her parents, pursuant to which, the detenue agreed to join her parents. It is reported https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

H.C.P.(MD)No.125 of 2020 that Mr.K.Subburaj Sub Inspector of Police, E-3 Annanagar Police Station also counselled the parties.

3. Today, the detenue is present along with her parents and she informed cheerfully that she has decided to go with them.

4. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.

5. This Court places on record its deepest appreciation to the service rendered by Ms.J.Anandhavalli and Mr.K.Subburaj, Sub Inspector of Police.
