[Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] The petitioner, by way of this writ petition, seeks for action against the third respondent for the unauthorized construction, encroachment etc. made by her.

Mr.N.S.Karthikeyan, learned Standing Counsel, appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submitted that on inspection, it was found that there was deviation of the approved plan and stop work notice was issued to the third respondent and the construction work has come to a standstill and further proceedings are being taken for issuing lock and seal notice.

3. In view of the above submission of the learned Standing Counsel, the respondent - Corporation is permitted to proceed in accordance with the relevant Act by issuing due notice to the third respondent and take action in accordance with law. It is made clear that in all such notices, a copy should be marked to the writ petitioner.

4. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
