ORDER

This petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.40 of 2020 pending on the file of the respondent police.

2.On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that chargesheet was filed against A1, A3, A4 and A5 and that A2, A11 were deleted from the chargesheet and that a report was filed to that effect. 3.In view of the submission made by the prosecution and since chargesheet was already filed, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs.
