The petitioner has approached this Court that the respondent police is harassing him under the guise of an enquiry. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) submits that based on the complaint of the petitioner, a case was registered in Crime No.247 of 2022 for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b) and 506(ii) against one Karthick. Also, he submitted that there is no case pending against the petitioner and the respondent police are not harassing the petitioner.
