Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.ANAND, Advocate for the petitioner MR.P.KANDASAMY Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent.

2. Accordingly to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioners are complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly from 18.11.2016 onwards. He further submitted that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ in this case investigation is pending.

3. Considering above said facts, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required or appear before the concerned court on receipt of summons.
