O R D E R

This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.88 of 2007 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate,Paramakudi .

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.It is seen from the records that when the matter was taken up for hearing on 30.11.2015 for admission, no notice was ordered. Thereafter, it was not listed. Therefore, it is clear that the petitioner has no interest to proceed with this matter. This Court is of the view that the pendency of this criminal original petition would not serve for any purpose.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for petitioner, since the prayer in this petition has become infructuous, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
