PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to to direct the Additional Mahila Court, Dindigul, Dindigul District to complete the trial and dispose of the case in DVOP No.8 of 2017 within a stipulated time as fixed by this Honourable Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the Additional Mahila Court, Dindigul, Dindigul District to complete the trial and dispose of the case in DVOP No.8 of 2017 within a stipulated time as fixed by this Honourable Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that his wife the first respondent has filed DVOP No. 8 of 2017. He would further submit that the petitioner after receipt of notice has filed counter and regularly appearing before the Court and ready to co-operate with the trial for speedy disposal of the case. He would pray a direction for speedy disposal.

3. Under such circumstances , there shall be a direction to the l Additional Mahila Court, Dindigul, Dindigul District to dispose the case pending in DVOP No.08 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order . It is also made clear that the petitioner shall ensure that he will co-opearate for the progress of the case.
