ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner.

2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the first and second respondents, on instructions, would contend that the representation submitted by the petitioner was registered in CSR.No.48 of 2021 and the same is posted for enquiry.

3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner strictly based on findings and on merits within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order.
