O R D E R

The petitioner being the complainant/lawyer has come forward to file this petition to transfer the investigation in Crime NO.228 of 2014 pending on the file of the Sub Inspector of Police, B-5, South GAge POlice Station to CBCID.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the complaint has been given in the year 2014, no subsequent progress has been made. He would further submit that the petitioner in fact has given certain clues, which did not result in the culprit being apprehended.

3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner is unable to identify the alleged accused persons. The matter is being investigated and the petitioner is unable to produce substantial information.

4.Considering the submissions made, a direction is issued to the respondent No.4 to conclude the investigation and file a final report within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Taking note of the nature of allegation, the respondent NO.3 is directed to supervise and monitor the investigation. Liberty is given to the petitioner to file appropriate application if so adviced after the said period is over. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.
