COMMON ORDER The learned Counsel for the Petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No. 2061 of 2024 submits that the Petitioners are arrayed as Accused Nos.1 to 3 in Crime No.94 of 2021 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Pettaivaithalai Nagar Police Station, Trichy District, based on the complaint of the second Respondent/ Defacto complainant. For the F.I.R in Crime No. 94 of 2021 pertains to offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(i) I.P.C.
2. Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2101 of 2024 is filed by the Petitioners, who are arrayed as Accused Nos.1 to 4 in Crime No.95 of 2021, pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Pettaivaithalai Nagar Police Station,
3. The first Petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2061 of 2021, who is the first Accused in Crime No.94 of 2021, is the second Respondent in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2101 of 2024 and the Complainant in Crime No.95 of 2021. F.I.R in Crime No.95 of 2021 pertains to offences under Sections 3/6
294(b), 323, 324 and 506(i) I.P.C r/w. Section 4 of TNPHW Act, 2002. The fourth Petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2101 of 2024, who is the fourth Accused in Crime No.95 of 2021, is the second Respondent in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.2061 of 2024 and the Complainant in Crime No.94 of 2021.

During the Pendency of the investigation in these cases, both the Parties in the case and counter case in Crime Nos.94 and 95 of 2021 had arrived at a compromise, in order to give a quietus to the Criminal cases , animocity in the family and for peace in the family, Joint Compromise memos filed in each of the Criminal Original Petitions independently.
5. The learned Counsel for the Petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No. 2101 of 2024 appears for the second Respondent in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2061 of 2024 had filed vakalat for the second Respondent.
6. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions of the first Respondent, submits that they have verified the Parties and the Parties have arrived at settlement and the settlement is bonafide.

Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) and the Joint Compromise Memo filed by both the Parties independently, these Criminal Original Petitions are allowed and the F.I.Rs in Crime Nos. 94 and 95 of 2021, pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Pettaivaithalai Nagar Police Station, Trichy District, are hereby quashed. The Joint Compromise Memos shall form part and parcel of these orders.
