This Civil Revision Petition is filed as against the fair and 1/3

decreetal order of the Rent Control Appellate Authority (Principal Subordinate Judge), Madurai in R.C.A.No.2 of 2020, dated 24.11.2021. 2.Today(28.06.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on either side submit that the parties have settled the dispute amicably and the petitioner/tenant has handed over the possession of the property to the respondent/landlord with a condition that the landlord shall not claim any fair rent. A memo to that effect has also been circulated.

3.Recording the memo so filed by the parties, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
