The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is the defacto Complainant in Crime No.1 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent. The Petitioner had filed this Petition seeking direction against the Respondent to complete the investigation within the specified time. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions of the Respondent, would submit that the investigation had already been completed and final report was also laid before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli.
