Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.S.RAVICHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioners in both the petitions and of Mr.A.RAMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, in both the petitions the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner is present.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Criminal Original Petition from 14.07.2017 and investigation has not been completed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the nature of charges, the earlier condition is relaxed

and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required only on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
