O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.11.2023.

2. By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. According to the petitioner, he has made a representation to the respondents on 09.10.2023, seeking to remove the third parties' name from the joint patta in Patta No.1270. Again, he made a representation to the respondents on 25.11.2023. After receipt of the same, the second respondent forwarded the same to the third respondent to take suitable action. However, the third respondent has not taken any steps to dispose of the same. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 2/4

Considering the above said facts, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.11.2023 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording reasonable opportunity to the parties concerned, within a period of sixteen weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
