Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.Porkodikarnan, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.Kandasamy, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed for relaxation of condition. 2.Heard both sides.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 24/12/16. 4.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) fairly conceded that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 24/12/16. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and considering the charges levelled against the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police weekly once i.e on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders. 6.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
