ORDER:- The Court made the following order:- The petitioner is the Accused No.2, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police, for the offences punishable under Section 147, 341, 294(b), 195(A), 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.252 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is working as a Mason. He is the eye witness in a murder case. In that murder case, the accused persons were enlarged on bail and the petitioner along with other accused persons assembled with deadly weapon and gave life threat to the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the earlier petition seeking anticipatory bail was dismissed by this Court. This petition is filed without any change in circumstances.

4. In view of the above submission, since there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant relief to the petitioner.
