This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent to complete and conclude the investigation and thereafter file the final report in connection with Crime No.30 of 2024 on the file of Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Palayamkottai.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the Respondent would submit that since the case is pertaining to family dispute. Investigation is under progress and the respondent police undertakes to complete the investigation within a period of two months.

3. In view of the above said submission, this Court directs the respondent to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
