This writ petition has been filed challenging the staff fixation settled during the academic year 2018-19 rendered the single post of Physical Education Teacher (B.T.Assistant) and for the year 2019-20 rendered the posts of Physical Education Director and Pre-Vocational Instructor (Sewing) as surplus.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to raising of strength of students, the earlier position was restored in the staff fixation for the academic years 2022-23 and 2023-24.
