ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to take immediate action to stop and prevent the unauthorised construction carried out by the 6th respondent in Survey No. 814/2 of Thennilai South Village, Pugalur Taluk, Karur District and 2/4
prohibit establishment of any TASMAC Retail Vending Shop therein by considering the petitioner's representation dated 17.01.2026.
2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent would submit that the 2nd respondent has not granted any permission for the construction of the building. He has produced a proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 10.03.2026, in this regard.
3. In view of the above, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to take appropriate action with regard to removal of the unauthorized construction, as alleged by the petitioner, if any, in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the 6th respondent and affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the 6th respondent.
4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
