This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri, Tirunelveli District to complete the trial and dispose of the case in STC No.202 of 2015.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit the case is under trial.

3. Hence, considering the year of the case, this court deems it fit to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri, Tirunelveli District to dispose of the case, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
