PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of MANDAMUS, directing the fifth respondent to take necessary action along with Respondents No. 1 to 4 to regularise the vocational course as it was before the order passed in W.P.(MD) No.14571 of 2023, further directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner and regularise his service as vocational instructor(agri) from the date of his appointment and provide all the consequential benefits from the said date otherwise directing the respondents to provide compensation either jointly or severally to the petitioner for the loss of his future life.

O R D E R
Seeking a Mandamus to regularize the petitioner's service as Vocational Instructor (Agriculture), the petitioner has approached this Court.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working as Vocational Instructor(Agriculture) in Somasundaram Chettiyar Higher 2/6
Secondary School, Sivagangai District for the past 17 years. He submitted a representation to regularize his service, however, it was not considered. Therefore, the petitioner has filed a writ petition in WP(MD) No. 14175 of 2023 and this Court, by its order dated 07.08.2023 directed the respondents to consider the case of this petitioner for regularization. The representation of the petitioner has been considered and it was rejected by a proceedings of the Chief Educational Officer, Sivagangai, in Na.Ka.No.5554/A1/2023, dated 15.09.2023 that the petitioner's service cannot be regularised as the vocational course itself did not have any valid permission from the concerned authorities. According to the petitioner, for having filed this writ petition, he has been orally terminated from service in the month of July 2023.
Therefore, this petitioner has submitted another representation and approached this Court, seeking a Mandamus, to direct the fifth respondent to take necessary action to regularize the vocational course as well as the petitioner's service as Vocational Instructor(Agriculture) from the date of his appointment and provide all the consequential benefits or compensate the petitioner suitably.
3.Mr.M.Sarangan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 4. 4.The relief sought for by the petitioner is in the form of regularizing the petitioner's service, which has already been considered and rejected by the Chief Educational Officer, Sivagangai, in Na.Ka.No.5554/A1/2023, dated 15.09.2023. 5.In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition for issuing any further direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner. If the petitioner is still aggrieved, he can work out his remedy by challenging the order dated 15.09.2023 in the manner known to law. No costs. 06.02.2026 Index:Yes Internet:Yes vrn 4/6
