ORDER

This petition is filed to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.167 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivakasi. 2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner is a Village Administrative Officer and prayed his personal appearance to be dispensed with. He further stated that the trial is going on and he shall not 1/3

insist upon the prayer sought for in the main petition. 3.In view of aforesaid submission, the presence of the petitioner before the trial Court is dispensed with and the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court for collecting the final report and other papers under Section 207 Cr.P.C., for framing the charges, for questioning under Section 313 Cr.P.C. and on the day of judgment. The petitioner should be represented by the counsel.

4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivakasi to dispose of the case within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
