O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 herein not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the guise of enquiry consequently not to interfere the Civil Disputes.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police. 3.Perused the materials placed on record.

4. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on a complaint given by the second respondent a case was registered by the respondent police in Crime No.484 of 2019 dated 03.11.2019 against the petitioner. He would further submit that the petitioner has obtained anticipatory bail. Since for the purpose of investigation certain documents are required the respondent police have summoned the petitioner to furnish copies of those documents other than the respondent police https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

5.Under such circumstances, once the regular FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent police.

6. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
