This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 15/07/2024 and upon peusuing the requisition letter submitted by the Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam vide his the Letter in D.No.694/2025 dated:29.04.2025, this Court made the following order: 1/4

This Court, while disposing of Crl.OP(MD) No.2113 of 2024, by its order, dated 15.07.2024 has directed the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam to comply with the direction of this Court in Crl.RC(MD) No.544 of 2024, dated 12.06.2024, wherein, a direction was issued to the learned Magistrate to dispose of the case in STC No. 59 of 2021 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2.The learned Judicial Magistrate has circulated a letter dated 29.04.2025, seeking further time of four months to dispose of STC No.59 of 2021, as the learned Magistrate joined duty only on 01.04.2025.
