ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking a direction to the second respondent Police to file the final report in Cr.No.1090 of 2020, within a stipulated time.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submits that upon completion of investigation, the second respondent Police referred the complaint as mistake of fact. He further submits that RCS notice could not be served on the petitioner and therefore, the same was pasted on the petitioner's house in the presence of the Village Administrative Officer, Thiruvidaimaruthur Taluk. He has also produced photographs to that effect. The statement of the Village Administrative Officer is also produced before this Court. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), this criminal original petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to file a protest petition, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 03.06.2024 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet:Yes gns 2/4
