This petition has been filed seeking quashment of FIR in Crime No.269 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent police dated 21.04.2021. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State would submit that during the pendency of this petition, investigation was completed in Crime No.269 of 2021 and final report is going to be filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-IV, Trichy West.
