ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.22369 of 2024, dated 18.12.2024.

2. Mr.R.Balamuruganantham, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he 1/3

prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.K.Sanjay Gandhi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition for nearly 25 days without any violation.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Original Petition.

5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and condition No.7(b) imposed by this Court in the order dated 18.12.2024 passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.22369 of 2024, is hereby fully relaxed.
