The petitioners / Accused Nos.1, 2, 4 and 5, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence under Sections 147, 148, 294 (b), 323, 324, 506 (ii) IPC @ 147, 148, 294(B), 323, 324, 506(II) and 511 IPC and Section 25(1)(a) of the Arms Act, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, investigation was completed and final report was filed before the concerned Court. Hence, there is no apprehension of arrest.

3.
