This petition is filed seeking for a prayer to direct the third respondent police to file a final report in Crime NO.650 of 2014 on the file of the Srivilliputhur Town Police Station. 2.I have heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) sought two months' time for filing final report.

4.In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), I am inclined to direct the third respondent to investigate the matter as expeditiously as possible and to file the final report within a period of two months preferably on or before 01-February-2016.
